The New York Perspective[]

In the early 2010's, at some point, after his brother, Prince Thor Odinson of Asgard, decided to stay to protect this world from imitate evildoers, a spell by the evil God of Mischief, Loki, broke all the supervillains loose, from all four supervillain prisons in New York City, just to run amok: the Cube, the Vault, the Big House, and the Raft. This is similar to what happened on Earth-8096, a.k.a. Yostverse continuity of animated Marvel films and TV shows and tie-in comics. Eventually, following Loki’s defeat at the hands of the Avengers on Asgard, (which was also similar to what happened on Earth-8096,) Manhattan's criminal underworld much like what happened on Earth-199999, unified under a single figurehead, Wilson Fisk otherwise known as the Kingpin.

Despite Fisk unifying the criminal underworld, for 7 years, until his reign was eventually ended by the young masked vigilante, Spider-Man, more new superheroes, including Spidey began to emerge, also including the Defenders that consisted of Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage and Iron Fist, alongside other heroes like Black Panther, Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange, Ms. Marvel, Nova, The Punisher, and White Tiger. More attacks and events have even occurred within the city limits, including the invasions of Kang the Conquer's forces, with the Kree, Skrull and Symbiote alien races, attempting to follow suit, as well as the coming of Galactus, the Devourer of Worlds.

At one point, during his first two years as a crimefighting superhero, Spider-Man watched as three of Wilson Fisk’s thugs were conversing that since the wall-crawler brought the crime-lord to justice, at some point, prior-wards, that event seemed to have a consequence of leading to an occurrence of a possible all-out gang war.

At some point, after Fisk's arrest, and his right-hand man, Mr. Tombstone, in his place as the new Kingpin of Crime, some villains began to, either emerge, or re-rise to power, by decade's end: villainous groups such as the Sinister Syndicate, led by the mysterious Master Planner, and criminal organizations the Martello Crime Family, ran by Hammerhead, and the Shadow Demons, ran by Mister Negative. However, their plans of dominating the city were thwarted by this reality’s Peter Parker/ Spider-Man's own four-person team, (consisting of himself, alongside his girlfriend, Mary Jane Watson, and his fellow web-warriors, Miles Morales/ Spider-Man II of Earth-1610C, and Gwen Stacy/ Ghost-Spider of Earth-65C), as well as the NYPD, and their ex-captain, Yuri Watanabe, who now operates as the crimefighting vigilante, the Wraith.

Anomaly Crisis, Part One[]

Since late-2017, a variety of people from alternate timelines and different universe have gotten displaced to this reality. The first was Jonathan Ohnn of Earth-1610C, an ex-OsCorp scientist, who, at one point, back in that world, the moment before he got universe-displaced, successfully created portal-technology, only to be accidentally sucked into a portal, to this universe, in the process of becoming a magnet to the portals which attached to him, thus becoming The Spot. Later on, the following year, in 2018, the 2nd anomaly in the form of a person was Miles Morales, the then-new Spider-Man of Jonathan's earth, after the death of its Peter Parker.

Eventually, with the help of his new friends in this universe’s Peter Parker/ Spider-Man and Gwen Stacy/ Ghost-Spider of Earth-65C, Miles was able to cure the Spot, but only ridding his dimensional powers, as well; and the Miguel O'Hara/ Spider-Man of Earth-928C would both send Miles back to Earth-1610C, and send Ohnn to Miguel's own universe for rehabilitation.

However, Miles and Ohnn's universe-displacements were only just the prelude of worst things to come.
