Sansui Kaien Masahiro Hokuten (北天正洋カイエン散水, Hokuten Masahiro Kaien Sansui) or more commonly known by his short middle name, Kaien (カイエン, Kaien) is the son of his alien-human-hybrid parents Kashiko Hokuten and Matsui Hokuten. His dream is to become an inventor, engineer, machinc, and private investigator.
Appearance
Sansui is a Zenoian-Qabanese-Zanobian boy with, tan skin, prominent jawlines, short pointy black hair, squinted eyes, dark-brown eye irises, black eyebrows, pearling white teeth, wears a blank white crew neck T-shirt that has a design of a white skull with two diamonds in its eyes, a light-blue ski cap on the top of its head, wears a big yin-yang wristband around his left wrist, wears light-blue tornado pants with a design of a thunder-cloud that has a large striking lightning bolt coming from the left and right sides of them and a pocket chain hanging on the right side of them, wears a dark-black keychain that has a small magnifying glass hanging from around his neck, wears dark-blue lace shoes that have an image of an open comic-book with blank panels on each side, two blue four-bladed fanblade-like earrings on his ears, and wears black Qabanese sunglasses.

Sansui is somewhat a cool, clam, collected, and a composed individual. With him being a smooth-talking, jovial playboy towards girls.
History
Born in the Normal World of Earth-911's Tokyo, Japan with his mom, dad, grandmother, grandfather, uncle, aunt, and older brother, Sansui lived in the Azabu-Nagasakachō area of the Minato ward, in Tokyo, Japan. With the boy having a dream of wanting to become a determined private-investigator.

Sound Detection: Sansui can detect sound by listening to the soundwave stroke patterns in the airs vibrations all around him when he is overhearing things.
Sound Generation Manipulation: Sansui can generate and manipulate sound by snapping his fingers, whistling, or clicking his tongue whenever he is around in a certain area or location by himself or others.

- Hand-to-Hand Combatant: Sansui is very proficient in hand-to-hand combat. When he backed Travis into a corner during karate class when he was 12 and when Travis was ten.
Paraphernalia
- Shock Gauntlet: Sansui invented and engineered one of two melee weapons for hand-to-hand combat. Which is shown only to be revealed during the upcoming school science project. The first is the Shock Gauntlet, which can be used to smash the ground and cause fissues, smash through hard-brick walls, and even break/electrocute a person's ribs. Fracturing them and killing them in the process.
