Snake-Eyes is a Xantharian Boulder-Crusher (an enormous snake) with the ability to place people in a deep rest with his eye beams.
Marrina tracked Snake-Eyes to an aquarium in New York City, only to discover he had been taken back to the ocean by the young adventurers, Power Pack. Together, they were able to capture Snake-Eyes in a sunken ship & then move that ship to the Arctic where Snake-Eyes entered hibernation.
